The title of this article is “Health Is Wealth” and I believe that it is an accurate assessment of the current condition of the global population. Many people have the wrong perspective on health and wealth. For example, a person who considers himself wealthy would say that having wealth is important because wealth can help provide for a better quality of life. In reality, there are two ways to look at wealth. One is by the monetary value of the material wealth you possess and the other is by the emotional and social value you create for yourself and others.
Just by owning physical wealth, such as homes, cars, furniture, expensive clothes, jewelry, etc., is not enough. You must also possess the emotional and social wealth that comes from having positive relationships with your community, friends, family, and others. A wealthy individual may have all the physical wealth that he wants but his mind is still filled with thoughts of debt and insecurity. On the other hand, a person who lacks these resources has poor health and feels unworthy. It is clear that the person who possesses all the wealth will most likely enjoy a better quality of life, but it is also true that he will most likely be living in fear and misery.
A person does not need to have a high income in order to enjoy the emotional and social benefits of having all the physical wealth that he or she desires. All it takes is to start focusing on your health and wealth and creating a lifestyle that allows you to create the kind of life you desire. One example is by working smarter rather than harder. If you want to live a healthy life, then you will not be able to do so if you are always thinking about your work and what you are going to get out of it. Instead of focusing on how good your job is, you should focus on what you can do to enhance your skills and experience working at your job so that you can gain a competitive edge in the field.

For example, exercising, meditation, Yoga, meditation, and visualization techniques are some of the best ways to meditate in a relaxed manner. They will also help in eliminating stress and to achieve a positive mind and body state. This will help you feel good about yourself and to the extent that you can have an optimal state of mind.
The third key to having a healthy mind and body is to invest in healthy relationships. Relationships are one of the most important factors that determine wealth. Having a happy relationship with your family, friends, co-workers, and colleagues helps you to be happy and healthier. Therefore, if you want to keep your mental and physical health intact, you must learn to enjoy your interactions with them and spend quality time with them.
